Larry: Vladimir, what is WeDesignMotion.com?
Vladimir: It’s my one-man studio where I create professional video templates for After Effects and Premiere Pro to help content creators and video editors impress their audience and clients.
Larry: Why did you decide to start your company? (What market niche did you see to fill?)
Vladimir: I started back in 2012, selling on marketplaces. The templates niche was not really filled at that time, people needed high-quality tools, both looking professional and easy to customize. I believed my designs can fill this gap.
Larry: What are your products?
Vladimir: The main product is The Ultimate Motion Bundle, which includes all of my smaller packs – titles, transitions, overlays, visual effects and much more. Templates and elements that cover pretty much any type of project.\\
Larry: Who did you have in mind when designing your templates?
Vladimir: Video editors, motion designers and content creators who need to create high-quality videos fast. Time is of the essence for them, and my templates give them shortcuts.
Larry: There are a lot of template companies out there… a LOT! Why should someone consider using yours?
Vladimir: Most marketplaces are switching to a subscription model and trying to increase the quantity of the items. I go the other way – one-time purchase with free updates for life. Plus I focus on quality and setup. Everything is well organized and easily customizable, ready to save real time on real projects.
Larry: How are these licensed? Can they be used for commercial projects?
Vladimir: Yes, everything comes with a lifetime commercial license. You can use the templates for client work, ads, social media — basically anything except redistribution.
Larry: How do you charge / what do these cost?
Vladimir: Individual packs are around $40-50, but most people choose The Ultimate Motion Bundle which includes everything for $100 (or $150 for After Effects and Premiere Pro versions together).
Larry: What is the most important thing you want people to know about your products and company?
Vladimir: I’ve been building templates for over a decade and I keep things simple: buy it once and use it forever, getting free updates every couple of months.
