Conditions of Use
Our DVDs and CDs are designed to run on current versions of both Windows and Macintosh operating systems. If you are running an older system, please contact us prior to purchase to make sure your system is supported.
Other products may have other conditions, which will be indicated in the descriptions of individual products.
Shipping, Returns, & Replacements
We can ship our products world-wide.
All products ship via US Priority Mail, with domestic orders requiring signature upon receipt. This provides both tracking and confirmation of delivery.
Please contact us via email (email@example.com) in the event products need to be returned. However, in general, product sales are not refundable, rather, if a return is necessary, you will be given a store credit which can be applied against future purchases.
If a product is defective, contact us and we will replace it at no additional cost.
PLEASE BACKUP YOUR DOWNLOADS!
If, due to a hard disk crash or other unforeseen problem, you lose your download, we will be able to restore it to you as long as it is still an active product in our store. If that version of your product is no longer available in our store, you may need to purchase an update to obtain a replacement.
