Today’s cameras and digital recorders are capable of capturing multiple channels of audio. In fact, the best way to record an interview is not using Stereo settings, but dual channel mono so that you have complete control over trimming, levels, pan, and EQ for each speaker.
But, how, exactly, do you do that? In this short video tutorial, Larry Jordan explains what multichannel audio is and shows you how to work with it in Final Cut Pro X.
