Just a comment/observation regarding multi-cam use for one camera shot drama.
While not traditional, implying multi-cam in a one camera shoot “Film Drama” will definitely provide a overview from above (if you will) of all shots that may be available in a given scene. In some ways in can be helpful and sometimes quicker than loading everything in clip by clip looking at source footage one clip at a time.
