In this short video excerpt, Larry Jordan introduces the Fusion interface, moves a clip from the Edit page into the Fusion page, then adds a simple embedded text title into the clip.

SESSION DESCRIPTION

Are you as intimidated by Fusion as I am?

But, hey, don’t let that hold you back.

While Fusion can do lots of amazing things, it also has a learning curve that goes straight up. Still, there’s hope. Because the MAIN reason most editors will benefit from Fusion is to create custom text titles.

In this session, Larry Jordan – who is ABSOLUTELY NOT any kind of an artist – shows how to create simple, yet effective text effects using Fusion. For example:

Let this session take the fear out of Fusion, and let you be productive again.

AUDIENCE LEVEL

This is an advanced-level session. Some knowledge of any version of DaVinci Resolve will be helpful.

NOTE: If you don’t any anything about Resolve, this “Getting Started” session is the best place to start!
