DESCRIPTION

Multicam is a popular technique where multiple cameras cover the same event at the same time from different perspectives. This technique is most common when recording live performances, reality or events; though it is becoming increasingly common with dramatic productions. Multicam editing is the process, within Final Cut Pro X, where we can simultaneously view and edit all those angles at the same time. Multicam editing can be done in real-time or slow-motion.

In this online session, host Larry Jordan illustrates everything you need to know to successfully edit your next project:

  • Media Management
  • Importing and organizing media
  • Editing
  • Trimming
  • Replacing shots
  • Color Correction
