Why should someone subscribe?
- Subscription provides three main benefits:
It saves money when compared to purchasing individual training.
- You have access to the entire library of training, webinars, tutorials and newsletters.
- You can access any of these files at any time via your Internet connection on a Smartphone or computer.
The only limitation to subscriptions is that all content is streamed, which requires an Internet connection. Our video files are optimized to fit within a 5 mbps download speed or faster.
What is Priority Email Support?
Priority Email Support is a direct support email thread with Larry Jordan, where he can provide you with detailed technical support specific to your system and project.
If I am a subscriber, can I download this video training to my computer?
No. Subscription is streaming only and does not allow downloads. If you would like to have a downloadable version of any of the training, it is available for purchase in our store. However, if you are a Premium or VIP member, you are able to download one webinar per month at no additional cost AND you can download practice media files and libraries for select titles.
What streaming service are you using?
The interface was designed by our web team using a modified version of JW Player. We are hosted on Amazon S3 servers and streamed using Amazon CloudFront. We selected Amazon so that our videos can be available worldwide.
Why does Basic membership require a 3-month minimum subscription?
We did this to prevent abuse and allow the Library to cover its costs. Because every member of our Video Training Library has access to all our videos from the day they first sign-up, if we allowed Basic users to leave at the end of a single month, the Library would become financially impossible to support. There are no monthly minimums with annual, premium, or VIP memberships.
When does this subscription renew?
Every month on the anniversary date of the day you signed up. Meaning, if you joined on Dec. 15, it would renew on the 15th of each month.
If you have an annual membership, your susbscription will renew on the same day of the next year. For example, if you joined on Dec. 15, 2018, it would renew on Dec. 15, 2019.
What happens if my card, or PayPal, is declined?
If your card or PayPal, is declined when you are setting up your subscription, your subscription will not be approved until you provide an approved method of payment. If your card is declined at a monthly or annual renewal, your account will be put on hold until you update your payment information through your account page.
